About the Role:
As an Assistant Construction Project Manager at ProConstruct Intelligence, you’ll support the planning and execution of AI-enhanced construction projects. You'll work closely with senior project managers, site teams, and tech specialists to ensure schedules, budgets, and safety protocols are met—all while learning how cutting-edge technology is reshaping the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily communication between subcontractors, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams
• Monitor & provide real-time progress updates to project stakeholders
• Support the deployment and usage of AI-driven project tracking and forecasting tools
• Help manage and organize project documentation, including permits, RFIs, and change orders
• Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining detailed project schedules using digital project management tools
• Collaborate with our AI/data teams to interpret predictive analytics for improved project decision-making
• Assist in cost tracking and budget reporting in coordination with the finance team
• Participate in project meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental regulations on-site
• Facilitate training and support for site teams on ProConstruct’s technology platforms
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance construction efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Hold a CSCS Card (managers and professionals)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Primavera P6, ASTA Powerproject) is a plus
• Interest in emerging construction technologies

Construction Operations Coordinator

Location: Sunderland

About the Role:

This role provides foundational experience in construction operations with a tech-forward twist. As a Construction Operations Coordinator, you’ll support the integration of AI tools into daily construction workflows, assist with logistics planning, and ensure smooth communication across all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track material deliveries, equipment usage, and labor allocation
• Help coordinate site logistics and project timelines
• Work with tech teams to gather data from AI-enabled monitoring systems
• Compile and distribute daily and weekly operational reports
• Identify opportunities for improving workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Operations, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work across multiple teams and handle shifting priorities
• Tech-savvy mindset with willingness to learn new systems
